‘Employability’ LearningWheel for the Blended Learning Consortium

Following on from the positive feedback from the BLC Webinar (only BLC members can view) that I @DebKellsey delivered back in May, Peter Kilcoyne @FeBlc has invited me to deliver a workshop at the BLC Independence Learning Day conference on 4 July.

This is the next stage of exploring the potential of creating LearningWheels for the subjects available within the BLC content to enhance each curriculum area from an ‘edtech’ resources perspective. I will use this opportunity to demonstrate how to build LearningWheel, how to generate rich content and how to develop staff.

Let’s collaborate!

Hello @LearningWheel @FeBLC #edtech friends. LearningWheel is a rich resource generated by digital practitioners for practitioners wishing to improve their digital skills and teaching practice.

Offer your suggestion ‘spokes’ to digital What? Why? and How? you engage your students in the employability field. Contributions should align to one of the four modes of engagement: Learning Content, Assessment, Communication, Collaboration.

Don’t forget to add links to guidance videos, podcasts, or instructional documents to add further guidance.
